About Our  Assessments:

  • Based on Holland’s RIASEC model
  • Focused on the kinds of behavioural traits that affect people’s preferences for work, how they think,

  • Make use of Holland’s codes
  • Creates a Personality Profile for each individual (of the 6 personality types)
  • Validity: The assessments are built from one holistic framework and has proved to have a high level of Construct validity. Construct validity is used to determine how well a test measures what it is supposed to measure. In other words, is the test constructed in a way that it successfully tests what it claims to test. Construct validity is usually verified by comparing the test to other tests that measure similar qualities to see how highly correlated the two measures are.
  • Reliability: The assessments have proved to have good Inter-item reliability to prove the consistency of the degree to which responses to the items follow consistent patt

MBTI Team Building Workshop

Duration: Half to a full day

Workshop Overview

This half to full day team building workshop utilises MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) to provide each team member with an appreciation of their own and each other's personality type and communication preference. The outcome of the workshop is to guide the team in effectively communicating with each other. Effective communication will enable the team to work more effectively together.

Objectives of the workshop

  • Have a better understanding of yourself and your team members
  • Identify the teams strengths and the gaps within the team
  • Work together more effectively
  • Identify ways to use differences constructively

Workshop Outline

  • Introduction of the workshop and of the team
  • Explain the MBTI®  instrument and the meaning of “preferences”.
  • MBTI assessment: Individual results and verification  
  • Team type table: each members type is placed onto a "type table"
  • Type activities to help understand type and each team members preferences and communication style. Members will have a better understanding of how each preference can be used as a strength and will begin to see the value in each other
  •  After understand type and preferences, team can now make action plans with their newly gained knowledge to effectively work more efficiently together
  • Discussion of the way forward as a team
